Your first visit begins with a real conversation. We’ll take time—unrushed and judgment-free, to talk through your skin history, current routine, and what you want from your care. You’ll be wrapped in warmth (literally—we love a cozy blanket and a steamed towel), and guided through a personalized treatment that prioritizes both results and relaxation.
We end with a plan—not a pitch. Something simple, supportive, and built around your goals. You’ll leave feeling clear, not overwhelmed—and confident in what comes next.

Our Cancelation Policy
To provide the best possible experience for all guests at A BeYOUtiful Balance, we have an Appointment Policy as follows:
Scheduling, Rescheduling and Canceling:
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required when rescheduling or canceling an appointment.
Less than 48 hours notice will result in a 25% service charge.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% service charge.
Same-day rescheduling, cancelation, or no-show will result in 100% service charge.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule. If there is not enough time for the service to be safely performed, the appointment may need to be canceled. In this case, the appointment will be treated as same-day cancellation or no-show, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
